As IT consultants, our principal goal is to ensure that you're making the best use of IT standards, and "future proofing" your IT investments. Our expertise includes a thorough understanding of the standards, protocols, technologies, and architectures prescribed by thought-leading groups in several industries. In healthcare, for example, these groups include the Office of the National Coordinator ("ONC"), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid ("CMS"), Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise ("IHE"), DirectTrust, Health Level 7 ("HL7"), Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine ("DICOM"), the National Council for Prescription Drug Programs ("NCPDP"), the Accredited Standards Committee ("ASC"), and others.
We're software developers at heart. Prior to joining Integrity Center, many of us worked at leading software vendors in healthcare and other industries, and we know how to design and develop software applications that engage users, perform well, scale as activity increases, and address the latest uses cases. Our goal is to help you leverage this experience to build rich, incredible applications that will revolutionize your industry.
In any industry, managing large-scale, focus-critical implementations is no easy task; this said, in our experience, the healthcare industry in particular brings some of our greatest challenges. Organizations that compete in the business world are now sharing data, bringing with it significant challenges in the areas of business, politics, and technology. We are experts managing large-scale projects, and have developed implementation methodologies that are second to none. We will help you "future proof" your IT investments - taking into account all of the ever-changing regulatory, business, and technical influences that drive the industry - through implementation plans that enable organic, incremental growth as the industry continues to evolve.
All implementation projects, small or large, have some element of systems integration. Generally, projects start as message-exchange projects and evolve into highly interoperable implementations that allow ubiquitous access to content in centralized or federated databases. Integrating systems is something we've been doing for a very long time, and we are true experts in implementing the data exchange protocols you'll undoubtedly require. From interface development to data extraction and transformation to message routing to schema validation, we are the most expert team to help you coordinate activity between your IT systems.
Managed Services and Supporttop
Upon completing an implementation, the services that comprise the solution are published for production use. From system-level issues such as security or business continuity (backup/restore, high availability, and disaster recovery) to application-level issues such as interface maintenance or correction of defects in a data transformation, we provide all required services to operationalize and support the deployed services over the long term. Our service offering typically includes "tier 1" or "tier 2" support levels, which may cover an array of periods from business hours to extended hours to 24/7. We tailor our managed services and support offering to meet your particular requirements, and have a multi-lingual team prepared to support you in your native language and timezone.
Hosting and Administrationtop
The rapid change of pace in the IT industry is placing increasing demands on staff as they attempt to meet all of the regulatory requirements placed on them. With cloud computing, the rise of mobile devices, and the need to share more data with more people in more ways comes an increase in the need for agility in the day-to-day management of your data center.
Our data center, network and cloud solutions, and services can help you streamline your ongoing operations, creating a more flexible and scalable infrastructure that allows you to meet your business goals, without sacrificing security and while maintaining regulatory compliance. From strategy to design to ongoing support, Integrity Center can manage your infrastructure, leaving your resources free to worry about optimizing your business.
We like to promote that we don't just implement IT standards, but also develop them. As a matter of example, within the healthcare domain, we are key members of Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise ("IHE"), and not only hold co-chair positions in both the IT Infrastructure ("ITI") and Patient Care Coordination ("PCC") committees, but also make major contributions to the Quality, Research, and Public Health ("QRPH") domain, and even hold a position on the board for IHE International. We are also members of other thought-leading groups including Health Level 7 ("HL7"), Healtheway Carequality, DirectTrust, the HIMSS / IHE Joint Certification Program, the New York GPO Certification Program, and the IHE-HL7 Joint Workgroup. We also volunteer for HIMSS to help in organizing 70+ vendors within the Interoperability Showcase.
Several members of our team are among the world's experts on MU, IHE, HL7v2, HL7v3, CDA, and DICOM, and we would be very excited to bring this expertise to your projects. In us, you will find an innovative partner who takes standards seriously, yet knows how to apply those standards to real-world use cases where custom needs are required.
Training and Educationtop
Developing a course is challenging, especially when you consider the mixed range of experience and skills that your students will have. If you're too high-level, you'll run the risk of losing your detail-oriented technologists, while if you're too detailed, you could lose your end users and managers. What's the right balance?
We've got years of experience developing coursework focused on information technology, and come from the point of view that the students themselves play a tremendous role in the overall success of the course. We develop and deliver our materials around this teaming concept, and leverage a team's ability to balance skills and transfer knowledge between them.
Testing and Certificationtop
Given the experience we have developing and implementing IT standards required by thought-leading groups, no professional services organization is better-suited to help you through your testing and certification processes. In healthcare, for example, we have excellent relationships with certification bodies such as International Computer Security Association (ICSA) Labs, as well as standards-promoting bodies such as Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) and Health Level 7 (HL7). We can provide expert guidance to you through testing processes such as IHE Connectathon, as well as certification programs such as Meaningful Use.
Ultimately our goal is to help you navigate through the process of gathering requirements, creating software development and implementation strategies, and the designing and application of test and certification plans for your software. Such testing and certification processes can be complex, but we can help you address your own particular needs in a simplified plan that serves you and your organization.
Marketing and Outreachtop
For all of our efforts to build and implement high-impact solutions rich in functionality, if those solutions are not adopted by the user community, what have we accomplished? In healthcare, clinical and patient adoption is absolutely critical, and we have developed innovate methodologies for increasing adoption across the user community.
What do we do? First and foremost, we start with including key, representative users in the early stages of the project, as these users will not only perform formal acceptance of the solution we build and/or implement, but will also be our greatest champions to help evangelize what we've done with their peers. We also have developed creative training paradigms that include in-shift assistance to help ensure proper usage of the system, and incorporation of the system in the user's day-to-day workflow.
We know that a project is not necessarily complete when it's deployed, and we must work closely with you to develop and implement a marketing and outreach strategy to ensure the solution brings tangible value to your user community.
